1. General Agreement

By purchasing a ticket to The Finance Career Engineering Bootcamp ("the Event"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Event is organized by FCP Group Ltd ("the Organizer"). These terms apply to all attendees and participants.

2. The "100% Clarity" Guarantee

We are committed to delivering high-value, actionable systems. However, results require implementation. We do not offer "no questions asked" refunds for change of mind or non-attendance. Our refund policy is strictly action-based:

Attendance Requirement: You must attend Day 1 of the bootcamp live (verified via Zoom login logs).
Notification Requirement: If you feel you have not gained clarity on your career path, you must email [email protected] before the start of Day 2 (Sunday, 12:00 PM GMT).
Evidence: Your email must include your completed worksheet as evidence of participation.

If all conditions are met, we will refund your ticket investment in full. Requests made after the start of Day 2 or without evidence of work will not be honored. Please note that if a refund is processed, you will not be eligible to receive any post-bootcamp documents, templates, or recordings.

3. Intellectual Property & Usage

All materials provided during the bootcamp, including but not limited to presentation slides, templates, worksheets, scripts, and recordings ("Materials"), are the exclusive intellectual property of FCP Group Ltd.

Personal Use Only: You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Materials for your personal career development only.
No Sharing: You may not share, distribute, resell, or publish any Materials, login credentials, or Zoom links to third parties.
No Recording: Personal recording of the live sessions is strictly prohibited. Official recordings (if purchased) are for your personal viewing only.

Violation of these IP terms will result in immediate removal from the program without refund and may lead to legal action.

4. Event Delivery & Changes

The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the agenda, speakers, or timing of the Event if necessary. In the unlikely event of a full cancellation by the Organizer, a full refund will be issued to all ticket holders. The Organizer is not responsible for any consequential losses.

5. Limitation of Liability

The content provided in the bootcamp is for educational purposes only. FCP Group Ltd does not guarantee specific employment outcomes or salary increases, as these depend on market conditions and individual effort. We are not liable for any business or career decisions made based on the information provided.
